Having planned to go out at seven last night I was running a little late and didn’t meet everyone at the pub until just after 8. A fun filled night ensued and a trip into town was inevitable. We hit ‘Reflex for some cheesy 80’s music and saw the night through until it closed. As we were leaving we decided to continue the night and made our way to the casino.
I took the plunge and signed up to another social networking phenomenon that is sweeping the Internet today known as Twitter. I’ve been blissfully unaware of how fast this new form of social media has grown until it was mentioned on Radio 1 this morning. I’ve since discovered that Twitter is far more than a glorified status update page. It’s simplicity is it’s success.
